Whoa I made my layout all the more personalized. And holy shit that is a shitty thumbnail. Oh well, it's not supposed to be high res anyway, since it's for the tarot project which btw you should check out. 

Also my page now has a more customized layout. Yay. Dreamwidth get your shit together. It's 2019. There's no excuse for me clicking three links just to customize my page like this. Like I get it - you're using LJ's open source code from back in the day, but that really isn't an excuse when this site is more than ten years old. Now I remember why I hated using LJ back in the day. The navigation is so convoluted. Damn I was really hard on tumblr when it did its layout changes but damn it's still miles ahead than this pre-2010 garbage.

Okay whatever. I'm using DreamWidth in 2019 only because it's relatively quiet here. Glad that from what I can tell nothing can really make me leave twitter. Especially since twitter is so international especially connecting with the East Asian parts of the fandom. Man I might just use the fandom finder thing to find more people here but I like just having this be a void more than anything.

Actually, I also talked about this on twitter, but it's always so interesting that whenever someone writes about the history of internet fandom and include like mailing lists, livejournal incidents, fanfiction, etc, they leave out the East Asian side of how fandom evolved. Like I can't really blame them because of language barriers and not knowing if that kind of shit would even be documented let alone be accessible to them, but it always feels so one-sided reading the history of English fandom and making that out to be the definitive one.

Anyway, WIPs for March is uhhh a cover for a ygo spinoff zine a friend is hosting. It's great because I have never drawn Yusaku. And of course a starshipping comic. Because I need to draw my ideas.
